I drive 2-ton trucks. I drive regular shipments of general goods from our Kariya warehouse to Toyota plant.
Even with my lack of experience, when I had a problem someone would always quickly help me here, and now I am able to work as a full-fledge pro driver. The employees get along well with one another and there are many friendly people here, so although I don't have that much contact with drivers in my work, the company has a friendly atmosphere where they will always greet me when I see them in the company.

Soon after I joined the company I didn't have much confidence in dealing with customers, but a senior employee courteously taught me how to do it and then I felt happy to have been complimented by customers. Now it is rewarding for me that customers are satisfied by my work.
I feel a strong connection with people through logistics in this job, and I think my job is very rewarding.

Job description	We ask that you perform local and mid-to-long range shipments of general goods. -To start you only need to have the drive to try!
Hours	Irregular working hours (40-hour week)
Vacation days	Weekly holidays National holidays, summer and end-of-year holidays
Qualifications	Large-sized vehicle license required *Those without experience driving large-sized vehicles also fully welcome
